SK Securities said on the 15th that it carried out a 2026 organizational reshuffle and regular appointments of executives and managers.
SK Securities reorganized its existing structure of three divisions overseeing 20 headquarters and three offices into three divisions overseeing 23 headquarters. To strengthen a performance-centered sales organization, it increased the number of headquarters under the IB division from two to three. It also newly established the Passive Sales Headquarters.
In addition, to pursue customer-centered management, it elevated the Financial Consumer Protection Office, Information Security Office, and Audit Office to headquarters. SK Securities plans to strengthen internal controls through this.
