The KONEX Association said on the 11th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Innobiz Association.
Through the memorandum of understanding held at the Seoul office of the Korea Exchange (KRX) on the day, the two sides agreed to support guidance on the KONEX market system and corporate growth strategies for outstanding corporations affiliated with the Innobiz Association.
An Innobiz Association official said, "We plan to identify outstanding corporations with growth potential and innovativeness and recommend candidate corporations for entry into the KONEX market."
The purpose of this agreement is to help technology-innovative small and midsize enterprises certified by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups enter the capital market, and to support steady growth by enhancing access to and understanding of the KONEX market.
The Innobiz Association was established in 2002 to foster Innobiz corporations. Through nine regional chapters nationwide, the association supports member companies' technological innovation, research and development (R&D), and global expansion.
