Kiwoom Securities said on the 23rd that it has launched a chatbot service that can provide business consultations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Kiwoom Securities explained that various tasks that had to be handled with employees through phone or chat consultations can be resolved with the AI business consultation chatbot.
Users can access it immediately by selecting the chatbot icon at the top left in the general mode of the Kiwoom Securities mobile trading system (MTS), "Hero MTS S#." The chatbot service is also available by running the KakaoTalk app and adding the "Kiwoom Securities" and "Kiwoom Finance Center" channels.
Kiwoom Securities said the AI business consultation chatbot was designed to go beyond simple automated responses by using Generative AI to handle complex customer inquiries. By using existing consultation answer scenarios, it responds quickly to simple inquiries, while for complex inquiries, Generative AI reviews internal materials in real time to provide the most accurate answers possible. If a Generative AI response is not sufficient, the system immediately connects the user to a professional counselor for a chat consultation.
A Kiwoom Securities official said, "The chatbot unveiled this time was designed to go beyond simple automated responses and to handle complex inquiries by using Generative AI," adding, "With the chatbot, reliable consultations are available anytime, anywhere without interruption."
