In the IPO market this week (Oct. 20–24), Nota, an artificial intelligence (AI) model compression company, will take public subscription orders from retail investors. INNOTECH, an environmental testing equipment company, and Sena Technologies, a wireless communication device manufacturer, will conduct book building for institutional investors.
According to the Korea Exchange on the 19th, Nota, an AI model compression technology company, will accept retail subscriptions for a KOSDAQ listing from Oct. 23 to 24. Nota specializes in "AI compression and optimization" technology that allows AI models to run with less computing resources and power. The indicative price range is 7,600–9,100 won, and Mirae Asset Securities is the lead manager.
INNOTECH, an environmental testing equipment company, will conduct book building from Oct. 20 to 22. The company develops and manufactures reliability environmental testing equipment and supplies products to Samsung Display, Samsung Electronics, and Samsung SDI. The indicative price range is 12,900–14,700 won, and the lead manager is KB Securities.
Sena Technologies, a wireless communication device manufacturer, will conduct book building from Oct. 23 to 24. It focuses on wireless communication devices for motorcycle helmets and bicycles. It supplies original design manufacturing (ODM) products to Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorrad. The indicative price range is 47,500–56,800 won.
