NH Investment & Securities said on the 16th that it visited a pear farm in Gosan-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, and carried out a volunteer activity to help with farm work.
This support activity is part of the "Nongsim Cheonsim movement." On the day, about 20 employees of NH Investment & Securities supported the pear harvest. To support farmers who face many difficulties in farming due to rural aging and other factors, NH Investment & Securities has been conducting employee farmwork volunteer programs through the "Together Village" program since 2016.
NH Investment & Securities said it is actively practicing social responsibility activities as well as supporting farms. In particular, this year employees voluntarily donated about 1 billion won to help restore areas in Yeongnam damaged by wildfires.
