Naver will invest 6 billion won in the unlisted stock transaction platform "Securities Plus Unlisted."
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 2nd, Securities Plus Unlisted announced the same day that it decided on a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 6 billion won. It plans to issue 36,735 new shares at 163,333 won per share, with Naver as the underwriter.
After the paid-in capital increase, the equity stakes in Securities Plus Unlisted are expected to be reorganized in the order of Naver Financial (65.96%), Dunamu (28.27%), and Naver (5.77%). Earlier, in 4th, Dunamu sold 70% of its Securities Plus Unlisted equity, worth about 68.6 billion won, to Naver Financial.
Meanwhile, Naver Financial (Naver Pay), in which Naver is the largest shareholder, is reportedly discussing a comprehensive stock swap with Dunamu, the operator of the virtual asset exchange Upbit.
