Korea Investment and Securities said on the 2nd that it will hold a Chuseok special trading event for customers of its online financial investment service BanKIS.
The event will run during the holiday period from Oct. 3 to 10. One hundred people will be selected by drawing in each bracket of overseas stock transaction amount and given cash. For overseas stocks, 20,000 won for transactions of 200 million won or more, 100,000 won for 600 million won or more, and 300,000 won for 1 billion won or more. In addition, among customers who meet the condition of 200 million won or more in overseas stock transaction proceeds, 10 people will be selected by drawing to receive one share of Palantir (PLTR).
After applying for the event, if you share it with an acquaintance, 100 people will be selected by drawing without transaction conditions to receive 5,000 won. However, both the person who shared the event and the person who received the share must hold a Korea Investment and Securities account and complete the event application to be included in the drawing. If one person is designated by multiple referrers, the benefits can be duplicated.
A Korea Investment and Securities official said, "As interest in overseas stock investment grows, we prepared this event so that young investors can participate without burden," adding, "We plan to continue introducing events that provide practical help to investors."
