IBK Securities will hold a linked event to mark the revamp of IBK Industrial Bank's mobile application (app) i-ONE Bank.
IBK Securities said on 1st it will run the "100% chance to win the stock I want" event through Dec. 12 for customers who open a new account via i-ONE Bank.
Anyone without an i-ONE Bank non-face-to-face securities account can take part in the event. Benefits will be offered to the first 30,000 customers to open an account. Customers who join the event can select a desired field from four sectors (AI and robots, semiconductors, nuclear power and MASGA, coins and fintech) and receive stocks through a drawing. Sector stocks include leading domestic and overseas corporations such as Tesla, Nvidia, Palantir, Samsung Electronics, NAVER, and Kakao Pay.
The grant size ranges from at least the equivalent of 5,000 won to as much as one share. Customers who open a new account on the same day they apply for the event can receive double the selected stock. For example, if a customer who won one share of Tesla opened an account that day, they will be given two shares. An additional benefit offers a coffee coupon when the event is shared via KakaoTalk.
An IBK Securities official said, "We planned the event so customers can easily experience high-quality global stocks," and added, "We plan to continue introducing events that can provide diverse investment experiences."
