LS Securities said on the 30th that it will conduct open hiring for new employees in the second half of 2025.
The hiring format is internship with a job offer. Those who pass the internship will be hired as full-time employees after a final interview when the internship ends. The hiring process will proceed in the following order: document screening, artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, working-level and executive interviews, employment medical check, internship, and final interview. The internship will run for a total of six weeks from Nov. to Dec.
The college graduate recruitment categories are: ▲ retail (planning, marketing, online sales, content, branch sales) ▲ wholesale (global FICC sales, international sales) ▲ investment screening ▲ research. The specialized high school recruitment category is: ▲ sales support (retail).
Eligibility is graduates and expected graduates (Feb. 2026) with a bachelor's degree or higher from universities in Korea or abroad, and specialized high school students expected to graduate in Feb. 2026.
The application period runs until Oct. 14. Applications can be submitted through the LS Securities recruitment website.
