Korea Investment Holdings subsidiary Korea Investment and Securities said on the 24th that it delivered gifts worth 100 million won to children with severe illnesses and their families.
The gifts consisted of cookie sets, granola, nuts, health tea, and stationery sets made directly by people with developmental disabilities through the standard workplace for the disabled "Bravo Beaver." The items will be delivered to child patients and their families who use the "RMHC Yangsan House" at Yangsan Pusan National University Hospital through the global nonprofit corporation RMHC Korea.
A Korea Investment and Securities official said, "We hope these gifts provide a small comfort to the children and families facing difficult circumstances," adding, "We will continue various sharing activities for neighbors in our society who need help."
