iM Securities said on the 16th that it will conduct open recruitment of new employees for the second half of 2025.
The recruitment fields are five areas: ▲ management strategy (finance/accounting, management) ▲ sales support (overseas stocks, marketing, Digital service planning/operations) ▲ information technology (IT) ▲ risk ▲ retail sales (Seoul, Daegu, Ulsan, Busan). The total number of hires will be in double digits.
Anyone who is a four-year university graduate-to-be (by March 2026) or a graduate, or who has equivalent capabilities, and can start working from January 2026, can apply. Applicants with finance-related certifications and those with work experience at financial institutions, such as interns at financial institutions, will be given preference.
Those who wish to apply must submit their applications by the 30th through the iM Securities recruitment website. Starting with the document screening, an artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, first and second interviews, about five weeks of internship, and a final interview will be conducted.
Those who pass the final selection are expected to be hired as full-time employees after a two-month probationary period.
