Samil PwC said on the 12th that it hired corporate real estate experts Partner Park Seong-jin and Partner Lee Cheol-min.
Through this, Samil PwC plans to strengthen its real estate advisory capabilities, including commercial real estate investment and operations advisory, and corporate real estate strategy and execution. It also aims to expand the Corporate Real Estate Advisory & Solutions area into ▲ real estate strategy advisory ▲ real estate development advisory ▲ investment solutions ▲ leasing strategy solutions ▲ global strategy solutions.
Partner Park Seong-jin served as a vice president at CBRE Korea and built expertise over more than 20 years in a range of areas, including office leasing advisory, retail services, workplace strategy, and data center solutions. Park successfully led real estate advisory for major corporations at home and abroad, including LG CNS, Microsoft, Emart, Coupang, KB Kookmin Bank, SM Entertainment, Kakao, and BAE, KIM & LEE LLC. Park is also credited with establishing the concept of integrated corporate real estate services in the market by leading the first real estate team in Korea's commercial real estate advisory field dedicated to corporate clients.
Partner Lee Cheol-min worked for about 30 years at an architectural design firm and a developer, and as head of consulting at CBRE Korea, head of investment development at EGI, and head of development business at Sampyo Industry. Lee showed results in investment advisory, strategy advisory, and development advisory across real estate, including advising and managing investments for the National Pension Service, corporate real estate portfolios, and the development of the MBC site in Yeouido. Most recently, Lee took part in a mixed-use development to build a new landmark with a total floor area of 430,000 square meters on the Sampyo Ready-mixed Concrete site in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, overseeing the project's entire execution from the planning stage through prior consultations, permits and approvals, product planning, and real estate finance.
