STIC Investments announced on the 1st that it has expanded and reorganized its existing overseas business division into an institutional sector and appointed former Samsung Securities Vice President Jae-hoon Cha as the sector head.
The new representative is an expert with 36 years of experience in the securities industry, having worked across all sectors, including wholesale, retail, and wealth management (WM). He has held positions as head of the wholesale department, head of the retail sector, and head of channel sales at Samsung Securities, and has served as vice president and internal director. He is well known for achieving retail client deposit assets of 330 trillion won, founding the CEO/CFO forum, expanding the dedicated channel for affluent clients, and launching family office services.
The representative has been working as a corporate management expert at STIC Investments since the beginning of this year and has now been officially appointed as the head of the overseas business division.
