Korea Investment Securities announced on the 1st that it will conduct public recruitment for new employees in the second half of this year.
The recruitment areas cover all business sectors including private banker (PB), corporate finance (IB), project financing (PF), operations, wholesale, retirement pensions, research, management, risk management, IT/Digital.
The eligibility requirements are graduates with at least a bachelor's degree or those expected to graduate in February next year. Application documents will be accepted through the Korea Investment Securities recruitment portal until 5 p.m. on October 1. Final candidates will be selected after undergoing a job competency assessment and three interviews, along with a medical examination.
Meanwhile, Kim Nam-goo, chairman of Korea Investment Holdings, will meet directly with students through recruitment information sessions for the 23rd consecutive year. He plans to visit Seoul National University on September 16 and Korea University on the 23rd to share the company's dreams and vision.
Kim Sung-hwan, president of Korea Investment Securities, will also communicate with students through recruitment information sessions at Yonsei University on September 9 and Hanyang University on the 18th. Korea Investment Securities is conducting various types of recruitment processes not only for public recruitment of new employees in the second half but also for retail sales public recruitment, intern programs linked to domestic and overseas universities, and public recruitment for former military officers to secure outstanding talents from various backgrounds.
The recruitment information sessions are open to not only students from the respective schools but also students from other universities. Pre-registered applicants can participate in 'Job Talk' for one-on-one consultations with job managers and also join special recruitment lectures conducted by recruitment officials.
