DB Securities announced on the 28th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees in the second half of 2025.
This year's hiring scale is around 25 people. DB Securities has hired around 20 new college graduates each year.
The recruitment areas include asset management (WM) and head office sales (IB, SF, sales and trading), and head office support (research, sales strategy, customer support, risk, IT), and WM and financial advisory services (FAS), as well as the research sector, are conducting recruitment in conjunction with an internship program linked to hiring.
Eligibility for application is either a graduate of a four-year university or a prospective graduate in February 2026. Candidates will be selected through document screening, competency tests, and first and second interviews, as well as a hiring medical examination.
DB Securities plans to hold a job fair at six major universities early next month, and the submission of job applications will be from September 1 to October 10 at 5 p.m. Applications can be submitted through the DB Group recruitment website.
