Samil PwC announced on the 26th that it has recruited accountant Kim Tae-hyung, an international trade expert, as a partner in the anti-dumping sector.
Partner Kim is a certified public accountant who has built expertise in anti-dumping and risk management in the field of international trade. He graduated from Korea University and has worked at Samjong KPMG and Lee & Ko.
Partner Kim has successfully advised domestic corporations in overseas government anti-dumping investigations targeting major industries such as electronics, steel, and chemicals. He has also played a key role in cases responding to anti-dumping complaints and investigations against Korean exporters, and led the development of a global trade risk monitoring system for major corporations in the electronics, steel, and automotive industries, as well as providing pre-analysis consulting on anti-dumping investigation risks.
The PwC tariff firm plans to strengthen its service lines in international trade, including anti-dumping, through this recruitment. It will also collaborate with Samil PwC's Global Trade Solutions Center (GTSC) to expand support for domestic corporations facing difficulties due to the tariff policies of the second Trump administration.
