Starting from the 11th, it will be possible to utilize public MyData for financial, employment, and welfare complex support consultations and guidance.
The Financial Services Commission and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety noted on the 6th, "Through interdepartmental collaboration, we will officially implement 'customized complex support utilizing public MyData' starting from the 11th." Until now, counselors analyzed the possibility of complex support through customer phone consultations, but now they can first analyze 21 types of public information to provide tailored support. As consultations will be based on objective administrative information analysis results rather than subjective statements, accuracy and efficiency are expected to improve. The authorities said, "We expect enhanced linkage accuracy, reduced consultation times, resolution of support blind spots, and the ability to provide standardized services."
Public MyData is a service that allows information held by administrative and public institutions to be sent to desired locations. Institutions that have obtained consent for provision can receive the necessary information directly. Previously, the Financial Services Commission and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced in December of last year that they would introduce tailored complex support utilizing public MyData within this year through the 'Evaluation of Complex Support Year-One Achievements and Advancement Plan.'
The Financial Services Commission and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety plan to visit the field of the Integrated Financial Support Center on the 27th to meet with customers and counselors using complex support utilizing public MyData to identify additional improvement areas. The authorities said, "In the future, we plan to continuously discover and expand new complex support linkage areas through collaboration to maximize the utilization of new services."
