JT Savings Bank announced on the 29th that it has conducted ChatGPT utilization training to enhance the digital capabilities of its employees in collaboration with Korea Polytechnics.
For this training, JT Savings Bank signed the 'Customized Workforce Development Project Agreement for Local Industries' with Korea Polytechnics and attended classes on work automation learned through ChatGPT and prompts, as well as business data analysis using ChatGPT without coding.
The training had participation from over 50 employees, accounting for 25% of the total staff, and JT Savings Bank plans to actively enhance digital capabilities by expanding learning opportunities to utilize ChatGPT in daily tasks starting with this training.
To facilitate this, the 'JTSB AI Academy' program has been integrated into the ChatGPT platform, allowing employees to search for and attend internal training they require, thus broadening access to education. By using this platform, ChatGPT recommends training from over 40,000 educational content options in various fields, such as IT and digital marketing, tailored to the employees' needs.
Park Jung-yong, CEO of JT Savings Bank, noted, 'We are enhancing the digital capabilities of all employees through training in the use of AI programs and their application in work as we adapt to the era of artificial intelligence,' and added, 'We will expand the training that employees need so that they can grow together with the company.'
