The Korea Venture Capital Association (VC Association) announced on the 28th that it will hold a training program for prospective entrepreneurs called 'Next Chapter' starting September 5.
'Next Chapter' is an 8-week training program designed to support the entrepreneurship of prospective entrepreneurs, including employees of large and medium-sized enterprises and public institutions equipped with technological capabilities and innovation, and registrations will be accepted starting today.
The curriculum will cover entrepreneurship and intellectual property (IP) related laws, accounting, taxation, and human resources, with current venture capitalists, lawyers, and accountants serving as instructors.
The VC Association also plans to hold two talk concerts where VCs and the corporations they have invested in will share discussions, providing advice related to investments and networking opportunities.
Chairman Kim Hak-kyun said, "The education of prospective entrepreneurs by VCs is aimed at enhancing the overall quality of the venture ecosystem and cultivating partners for mutual growth," adding, "We will spare no effort in providing continued support."
