The prices of altcoins such as Solana and Ripple are continuing to soar.
As of 8 a.m. on the 22nd, Bitcoin is recording the same price of $117,552 as it did 24 hours ago, according to the global coin market tracking site CoinMarketCap. Ethereum also showed an increase of 0.43% to $3,768 compared to 24 hours prior.
While the market capitalization of the top two virtual assets remained stable, other altcoins continued their rally. Solana is currently trading at $197, up 9%, while Ripple is trading at $3.56, a 3.14% increase. The prices of both virtual assets have risen 21% compared to a week ago. In particular, Ripple has surged 74% compared to a month ago.
This suggests that as the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum stalled, other virtual assets took the opportunity to rise.
