Samsung Securities announced on the 21st that it has newly listed four exchange-traded notes (ETNs) that can invest in the shipbuilding and secondary battery industries.
The newly listed "Samsung iSelect Shipbuilding TOP10 TR ETN" and "Samsung KRX Secondary Battery TOP10 TR ETN" are products based on indexes composed of 10 representative stocks from these industries.
The Samsung iSelect Shipbuilding TOP10 TR ETN was launched in response to the solid demand for ships due to the growing demand for eco-friendly energy. This product follows the iSelect Shipbuilding TOP10 TR Index, which consists of 10 corporations related to shipbuilding, engines, and equipment listed on the Korea Exchange.
The management fee (expenditure) for the Samsung iSelect Shipbuilding TOP10 TR ETN, which tracks the iSelect Shipbuilding TOP10 TR Index at a 1x rate, is 0.25% per year, while the "Samsung iSelect Leverage Shipbuilding TOP10 TR ETN," which tracks the daily revenue of the index at a 2x rate, is 1.50% per year.
The Samsung KRX Secondary Battery TOP10 TR ETN was launched with a focus on long-term growth amid recent market adjustments. This product follows the KRX Secondary Battery TOP10 TR Index, consisting of 10 representative stocks from the secondary battery industry listed on the Korea Exchange.
The management fee (expenditure) for the Samsung KRX Secondary Battery TOP10 TR ETN, which tracks the KRX Secondary Battery TOP 10 TR Index at a 1x rate, is 0.25% per year, while the "Samsung KRX Leverage Secondary Battery TOP10 TR ETN," which tracks the daily revenue of the index at a 2x rate, is 1.50% per year.
