SGI Seoul Guarantee announced on the 16th that it has started operating a 'Damage Report Center' to compensate for the damage caused by a system failure that occurred on the 14th.
The Damage Report Center is staffed with professionals who can respond to everything from receiving damage reports to consulting on the possibilities of compensation, and both individuals and corporations affected by the system failure can report damage by phone.
SGI Seoul Guarantee plans to operate the Damage Report Center indefinitely until there are no more damage applications, and it will review the reports to fully compensate the affected amounts once the facts are confirmed.
Lee Myung-soon, CEO of SGI Seoul Guarantee, noted, "We have established a dedicated center with the determination to compensate for every single case of damage and plan to take responsible follow-up measures in the future," adding, "We will do our utmost to respond to customer inquiries to minimize any inconvenience and damage to our customers."
