NongHyup Bank announced on the 7th that it has opened a generative AI platform that will be applied to its overall operations starting from the 4th.
The platform opened this time is NongHyup Bank's proprietary AI system developed in collaboration with LG CNS. Unlike general-purpose AI, it is specialized for financial tasks and designed to be immediately usable in the field, reflecting customer demands.
Key features include a knowledge information search agent that searches internal regulations and product information in real-time, and retail sales support that suggests consultation language tailored to individual customer characteristics. NongHyup Bank plans to introduce agent technology that allows AI to autonomously plan and execute tasks, thereby enhancing the level of work automation in the future.
NongHyup Bank President Kang Tae-young noted, "We will lead financial changes that both employees and customers can feel."
