On the 4th, KDB Life announced that it held a 'town hall meeting for employees' at the KDB Life Tower Dongja Art Hall on the 1st.
Held under the catchphrase 'One Team, One Vision,' this event was the first official communication gathering planned and chaired by Chief Deputy Vice President Kim Byeong-cheol, who took office in March this year.
Chief Deputy Vice President Kim Byeong-cheol has been identifying organizational issues and concerns through relay interviews with heads of institutional sectors and Heads of Team since his appointment, and based on this, he explained the tasks KDB Life is facing, its future direction, and the background of the core campaign 'Perfect Work 100' during the town hall meeting to create a consensus with employees.
The meeting consisted of discussions on organizational restructuring direction, introduction of the new management team, and explanations of the 'Perfect Work 100' campaign. Regarding the organizational restructuring, it announced a shift toward a management system focused on core functions through streamlining and clarifying responsibilities. In particular, plans were made to strengthen work concentration and clarify responsibilities as part of proactive responses to the recently expanded 'accountability structure.'
There were also changes in the composition of the management team. KDB Life, which has made management normalization a key task, appointed Jeong Jin-taek as the head of the finance strategy group after his appointment in May, followed by the new appointments of Lee Tae-jeong as the head of marketing, Nam Gyu-hyeon as the head of the exclusive channel, Park Jong-moon as the head of the IT sector, and Lee Seung-yong as the head of the asset sector.
On that day, the 'Perfect Work 100' campaign, emphasizing proactive participation by employees, was also officially announced. This campaign was designed to present specific execution tasks under the three major directions of changing work mindsets, minimizing company (work) risks, and improving efficiency, aiming for tangible changes beyond just a simple slogan.
