Hanwha Life Financial Services announced on the 3rd that it has appointed Choi Seung-young as the new CEO.
CEO Choi Seung-young is an expert with 30 years of experience in insurance sales and headquarters strategy departments since joining Hanwha Life (formerly Daehan Life) in 1993.
He has gained field experience through key positions such as branch manager, regional head, and business division head, and has achieved results in developing customer-centered service strategies while working as the head of the underwriting team and customer support team at headquarters.
Since July of last year, he has been serving as the head of the personal sales division at Hanwha Life Financial Services, leading the strengthening of FP organization capabilities and improving sales performance.
With this appointment, Hanwha Life Financial Services plans to accelerate three core tasks: stable growth and productivity enhancement of the FP organization, establishment of a customer-centric organizational culture, and strengthening of digital competitiveness.
Based on field-oriented leadership, the company aims to enhance the capabilities of the FP organization and increase productivity, while reorganizing the organizational culture centered on customer perspectives. The strategy also focuses on solidifying a sustainable growth structure through enhanced digital competitiveness.
