BDO Sehyun Accounting Corporation announced on July 1 that it appointed accountants Nam Ki-jung and Choi In-young as new partners through a general meeting.
Partner Nam Ki-jung is affiliated with the Busan headquarters, where he has built expertise in various fields, including account audits for both listed and unlisted corporations, accounting and tax consulting, establishment of internal accounting management systems, valuation of convertible financial instruments and stocks, purchase price allocation (PPA), and feasibility studies. He is currently active in various transaction advisory services, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and initial public offerings (IPO), and recently published a professional book on fair value assessment of convertible financial instruments.
Partner Choi In-young is affiliated with the audit headquarters, where he has provided accounting audits and tax-related consulting for numerous listed companies, public institutions, and external audit subjects. He is noted for his rich audit experience with foreign-invested corporations, which enables him to respond flexibly and precisely to the complex organizational operating environments unique to global corporations, particularly those with shared services center (SSC) structures.
