Hanwha Investment & Securities said it will hold an event offering free mobile transaction fees for U.S. stocks until Dec. 31 this year.
The target audience includes new and dormant customers. When trading U.S. stocks online, customers will receive one year of free transaction fees starting from the day they apply. Customers can extend their discount fee benefits for an additional year by transacting over $1 during the event period.
Additionally, it offers a currency exchange fee discount benefit, applying a 90% preferential rate when exchanging U.S. dollars (USD).
There is also a domestic stock event. Customers who newly open a non-face-to-face comprehensive account will receive a preferential benefit of 0.0040595% for mobile transactions of domestic stocks. All participating customers in the event will be given U.S. fractional shares worth 10,000 won.
