The '2025 Financial Joint Recruitment Fair,' the largest recruitment event in the financial sector, will be held from August 20 to 21 at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul.
On the 1st, the Financial Services Commission and the Financial Supervisory Service announced that 77 institutions will participate in this year's financial joint recruitment fair, including 14 banks, 17 insurance companies, 6 securities firms, 9 card companies, 17 financial public enterprises, 5 foreign firms, 3 financial IT and fintech companies, and 6 associations.
On-site, there will be on-site interviews for banks, mock interviews for financial companies, recruitment consultations, and employment consulting. Twelve banks will conduct on-site interviews, and candidates selected as outstanding interviewees will be exempted from one document screening when applying for public recruitment at the respective bank. To apply for an on-site interview, candidates must submit their documents on the fair's website from the 4th to the 16th of this month. The fair's website will be launched on the 2nd of this month.
