Korea Investment & Securities Co. announced on the 25th that it will sell a special issue repurchase agreement (RP) product to customers of its online-only service, "BanKIS," until August 31 of this year.
This special issue RP product has a maturity of 31 days and offers an annual pre-tax revenue of 3.0%. Individuals can subscribe for up to 1 billion won within a total limit of 100 billion won.
It is available for subscription without any additional conditions if a BanKIS exclusive RP-CMA account is held. It features 24-hour real-time trading available year-round.
Koo Bon-jeong, head of the eBiz department at Korea Investment & Securities, noted, "We introduced the 24-hour RP transaction service to enhance customer convenience and increase asset growth opportunities."
