Hanacard announced on the 23rd that it has been selected as the best institution in the 'visible ARS' sector in the 'ARS operational status evaluation' conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT in 2024.
This evaluation was divided into four institutional sectors: ARS, visible ARS, chatbot, and voicebot. Hanacard was recognized for its achievements in user convenience, accessibility, and service quality in the 'visible ARS' sector.
The 'visible ARS' is a service that provides visual information on the mobile phone screen when customers use ARS, making it easier and faster for them to confirm and select information that was previously inconvenient through voice guidance only.
Hanacard plans to continue to strengthen its customer-centered convenient services with this selection and expand more innovative customer communication methods in line with the digital age.
