The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund announced that it held a ceremony on the 49th anniversary of its founding at its headquarters in Daegu's Dong District on the 30th.
At the ceremony, the Fund announced the establishment of a crisis response account, pledging to swiftly support corporations facing crises due to changes in economic conditions and disasters, contributing to laying the groundwork for economic recovery. The Fund plans to focus on expanding financial support infrastructure to build a growth ladder for innovative corporations, diversifying support for overseas expansion amid rapidly changing export conditions, strengthening support for regional corporations for balanced national development, introducing new green finance products, and establishing new green certification and evaluation systems.
Chairman Choi Won-mok said, "Thanks to the dedication and effort of employees over the past 49 years, the Fund has been able to support the growth of client corporations and the development of the nation," and added, "As a policy finance institution, let us move forward unwaveringly to surpass our limits and aim for more."
