The vegan beauty brand corporation d'Alba Global, which operates the cosmetics brand "d'Alba," has been listed on the KOSPI market and has seen an upward trend for three consecutive trading days.
Shares of d'Alba Global traded at 134,000 won on the KOSPI market at 9:56 a.m. on the 26th, rising 11.2% (13,500 won) from the previous trading day. During trading, the stock price jumped to 134,700 won, setting a new record high since its listing.
d'Alba Global was listed on the KOSPI market on the 22nd with an offering price of 66,300 won. On its first day of trading, it finished at 110,100 won, up 66.06% (43,800 won), and recorded a closing price of 125,500 won, up 9.45% (10,400 won) the following day.
d'Alba Global's market capitalization was around 800 billion won based on the offering price, but it has surged to 1.6 trillion won due to the rise in stock prices. Securities firms have not yet set a target price for d'Alba Global.
d'Alba Global plans to use the funds secured from this initial public offering (IPO) to expand offline distribution channels in major global markets such as Japan, North America, and Europe, and to begin brand entry mainly focused on markets in China, ASEAN, the Middle East, and India.
