Netmarble is showing strong stock prices as the collection-type role-playing game (RPG) new release "Seven Knights: Reverse" gains popularity.
Netmarble is trading at 53,000 won, up 2,800 won (5.58%) compared to the previous transaction as of 9:27 a.m. on the 16th.
Netmarble officially launched Seven Knights: Reverse in the country on the 15th. This remake is based on Netmarble's popular intellectual property (IP), Seven Knights. The original version, which started domestic service in 2014, has recorded over 60 million downloads globally.
Seven Knights: Reverse inherits the story and combat system of the original while improving character design and game graphics. The day before the official launch, it reached first place in the Apple App Store downloads and third place in the Google Play Store. On the day of the launch, it recorded first place in App Store revenue in just 7 hours.
Kim Jung-min, CEO of developer Netmarble Nexus, noted at last month's "Seven Knights: Reverse User Invitation Preview Day" that "we developed it with the determination to create the last Seven Knights" and emphasized that "we will provide lasting service with authenticity in communication as our core value."
