At the event on the 22nd, CEO Yoon presented on the topic of 'Growth strategies for digital banks and AI innovation.' Yoon noted, 'Having a UI/UX optimized for AI and data is now a matter of survival, not choice.'
He continued, 'However, the financial sector is not an area that can be innovated solely with AI technology,' and added that 'only financial institutions equipped with unique data and trust and a customer-centric mindset will have overwhelming influence.'
