Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 16th that it has established an 'AIOps (AI Operations) platform' to automate work based on artificial intelligence (AI) and to expand the use of AI.
AIOps is a technology that automates and simplifies information technology (IT) systems operations based on AI technology. It supports the entire process from data analysis to AI model training and deployment in a single integrated environment.
Mirae Asset Securities noted that its employees will be able to analyze internal data with AI through the AIOps platform and automate repetitive tasks using large language model (LLM) application programming interfaces (APIs).
Mirae Asset Securities said, "With the ability to summarize and organize vast documents and quickly resolve work-related inquiries, it is expected that efficiency will increase in various fields through easy AI utilization."
Moreover, financial market data provided within the company can be directly linked to AIOps, enabling tailored data analysis and work automation by department. For instance, departments managing financial products that contain domestic and foreign assets need to quickly grasp information such as asset price status, market interest rates, and major news. With AIOps, this information will be provided daily in report form.
AIOps provides a virtual environment where AI models can be developed and deployed without the need for separate server infrastructure. As long as one can handle the Python language, anyone can analyze data and apply AI models to automate work. The platform is designed to enable employees to utilize various open-source tools and share and collaborate.
Mirae Asset Securities also introduced a 'code assistant' function to allow employees with little development experience to participate in AI utilization. Since the AI assists in coding in real time when employees write Python code, even beginners can easily create automation scripts.
Mirae Asset Securities has also established a new governance system for AI implementation. A representative from Mirae Asset Securities mentioned, "The automation of work based on AI has been fully initiated across the company," and stated, "We will continue to expand the data and AI ecosystem."
