Eugene Securities has also established a new ‘digital innovation headquarters.’ CEO Ko Kyung-mo will concurrently serve in this role. A new digital business division is created under this headquarters to foster synergy with the existing IT division and accelerate the digitization that is a key pillar of future growth.
Eugene Securities is also abolishing its existing institutional sector (investment banking) and separating it into a ‘corporate finance headquarters’ and a ‘structured finance headquarters’ to enhance expertise in each field.
Eugene Securities has newly established a ‘bond solutions department’ within the bond finance headquarters and expanded the previously single Capital Market (CM) team into three teams. This aims to enhance the profitability in the bond brokerage sector.
Eugene Securities also announced personnel changes in line with the organizational restructuring, effective immediately.
