KB Kookmin Card announced on the 10th that it will hold a refund event for subscription fees of AI platforms, which have become essential in work and daily life, until July 31.
By entering the event titled "Subscribe to an AI platform and receive a $5 payback," customers can receive $5 (USD) when they subscribe and pay for major overseas AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Notion, Midjourney, Google ONE AI Premium) using KB Kookmin Card (excluding corporations, BC, and Maestro cards).
Benefits will be provided if the total amount paid for a one-month paid subscription is $5 or more, and during the four-month event period, if customers make monthly payments of over $5, they can receive a total of $20 (about 29,000 won) as KB Pay foreign currency money. KB Pay foreign currency money can be used without fees when making payments at overseas merchants and withdrawing from ATMs using the "KB Kookmin Traveler's Check Card."
A KB Kookmin Card official noted, "This event is an attempt to expand the existing card usage experience into a new world created by AI," adding, "We hope it will provide practical help to digital creators, IT professionals, and other digital nomads who use AI platforms."
