Global comprehensive real estate corporation CBRE Korea announced on the 31st that it will launch its 'Planning & Leasing' services by hiring Ji Seon-myung, an expert in complex commercial facilities and sale-type commercial facilities retail.
Ji Seon-myung, who joined the A&T (Advisory & Transaction) retail department, is a retail expert with 20 years of experience who first introduced leasing activation and asset management services called 'Leasing Care' for sale-type commercial facilities in the country. Ji has diverse experience in the development and operation of complex commercial facilities, leasing and asset management of sale-type commercial facilities, and merchandise strategy consulting.
CBRE Korea noted that with this recruitment, it has acquired integrated solution competitiveness in planning, development, operation, management, and sales of large complex and sale-type commercial facilities, in addition to retail leasing advisory, aiding domestic brands in overseas expansion and foreign brands in domestic expansion, as well as street retail and office arcade advisory, and medically specialized commercial real estate services.
In particular, the newly established 'Planning & Leasing' team provides services specialized in complex and sale-type commercial facilities, including analysis of commercial facility location and demand, concept development, product planning, advisory for leasing-type commercial facilities, and leasing care for sale-type commercial facilities. This team, led by Ji Seon-myung as the Head of Team, aims to enhance the competitiveness of retail services through a one-stop service covering the entire process from initial planning to tenant acquisition and leasing care.
