Shinhan Financial Group decided to provide an additional donation of 1 billion won on the 27th for the restoration of damage from the forest fire.

By preparing a total fund of 2 billion won, including the 1 billion won announced on the 23rd, it aims to support those affected and public officials who died or were injured in the firefighting process.

In the earlier announcement, it also revealed financial and non-financial support measures, including new loans for small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners, maturity extensions, and partitioning of repayment deferrals.

In addition, Shinhan Financial plans to raise funds for disaster recovery through the employee participation social contribution activity "Leading by example relay."

Shinhan Financial Group Chairman Jin Ok-dong said, "We will mobilize all of Shinhan Financial's group affiliates to support the swift recovery of those affected and the public officials."
