Mastin Investment Management, a specialized alternative investment asset management firm, noted on the 27th that it has successfully sold two key office assets within the Gangnam Business District (GBD) consecutively.

At the end of last year, Mastin Investment Management sold 'Centerpoint Gangnam' to fashion company F&F for about 351.9 billion won (approximately 43 million won per 3.3㎡). Centerpoint Gangnam is a new office building with 6 underground floors and 14 above-ground floors, covering an area of approximately 27,000㎡, located within a 3-minute walking distance from Gangnam Station in Teheranro 8-gil 8, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Last month, it completed the sale of 'Gangnam Finance Plaza (GFP)' to Gravity Asset Management for about 280 billion won (approximately 38 million won per 3.3㎡). This building is a high-quality office located at Teheran-ro 419, just a 3-minute walk from Seolleung Station, consisting of 6 underground floors and 20 above-ground floors, with a total area of approximately 24,179.5㎡.
