DGB Financial Group has changed its group name to iM Financial Group.
On the 26th, iM Financial noted that it passed a resolution to amend its articles of incorporation regarding the name change at its regular shareholders' meeting. iM Financial also held a signboard unveiling ceremony for the head office following the name change at the iM Bank second headquarters in Daegu's Buk District that afternoon. Attendees at the unveiling ceremony included Hwang Byeong-woo, chairman of iM Financial Holdings, outside directors of the holding company, representatives from each affiliate, and employees.
Chairman Hwang Byeong-woo said, 'As it is a special and meaningful occasion to officially present the new name, we aim to reach all stakeholders of the group with new significance and value along with the name “iM.”'
