The National Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives announced on the 26th that it is continuing the 'MG BLUE WAVE' organizational culture innovation project to establish 'a place of pride that is loved by employees and trusted by customers' from 2023.
The National Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives completed 'MG Custom Human Resources and Labor Diagnosis and Consulting' for a total of 558 community credit cooperatives nationwide by last year, and plans to conduct it in about 350 community credit cooperatives this year. About 80% of community credit cooperatives are expected to participate in this program.
This diagnostic consulting is conducted based on a 'customized checklist' that reflects community credit cooperative regulations, with human resources and labor experts (certified labor consultants) visiting the community credit cooperatives to provide consulting related to human resources and labor. It is conducted in a way that presents rational operational plans for labor management.
During the consulting period, a self-organizational culture survey is conducted to proactively identify improper practices and conflicts within the community credit cooperatives and implement ethical management training to carry out organizational culture self-purification activities.
A representative of the National Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives noted, 'It is expected that the individual community credit cooperatives will enhance their human resources and labor management capabilities, establish a rational organizational culture, promote employee rights and interests, and increase job satisfaction,' and added, 'We will continue to improve the workplace experience for members by implementing initiatives such as 'Casual Day' (flexible work attire), and 'Communication Conference' between community credit cooperatives and the central association.'
