Meanwhile, as the wildfires in the Yeongnam region continue for five days since the 21st, the total number of fatalities has reached 18. The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters reported on the 26th that the fires resulted in 18 deaths, 6 major injuries, and 13 minor injuries, totaling 37 casualties. The major injuries include 1 from North Gyeongsang Province and 5 from South Gyeongsang Province, while the minor injuries include 6 from North Gyeongsang Province, 5 from South Gyeongsang Province, and 2 from Ulsan.
