Kyobo Securities held its regular shareholders' meeting on the 25th and approved the third term of CEO Lee Seok-gi.
CEO Lee is set to continue leading the company in a two-person dual representative system with CEO Park Bong-kwon.
The term for the representatives of Kyobo Securities is two years, and CEO Park succeeded in his third term at the shareholders' meeting last March.
CEO Lee previously served as the vice president of Kyobo Life Insurance, and was appointed CEO of Kyobo Securities in 2021. He oversees the management support and sales and trading (S&T) sections. CEO Park is in charge of the investment banking (IB) sector and the asset management (WM) business sector.
