DAOL Investment & Securities held its regular shareholders' meeting and board of directors on 21st and noted that it reappointed President Hwang Jun-ho as the representative director. Earlier, the newly appointed representative, Im Jae-taek of Hanyang Securities, chose to remain, allowing President Hwang to continue leading DAOL Investment & Securities.
At this day's shareholders' meeting of DAOL Investment & Securities, the board's proposed items, including a cash dividend of 150 won per common share and the appointment of outside directors and audit committee members, were all passed as originally presented.
New internal director and audit committee member Seo Kyu-young, the chief of the Financial Credit Adjustment Committee's secretariat, was appointed. Audit committee member Seo is a graduate of Korea University with a doctoral degree in law and has served as the Director General of the Human Resource Development Office of the Financial Supervisory Service and as a professor in the Financial Education Bureau.
