Hanwha Investment & Securities CEO Han Doo-hee's reappointment has been confirmed.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 19th, Hanwha Investment & Securities held a regular shareholders' meeting and approved the appointment of CEO Han as an internal director. CEO Han will lead Hanwha Investment & Securities for two more years.
The company noted that it deemed CEO Han's performance, leadership, and business drive during his previous term as factors contributing to the company's future growth.
Born in 1965, CEO Han Doo-hee graduated from Korea University with a degree in business administration and received a master's degree in business administration from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
He served as head of the product strategy center and head of the trading division at Hanwha Investment & Securities before taking on the role of head of the investment division at Hanwha Life. He was appointed CEO of Hanwha Investment & Securities in March 2023 after serving as CEO of Hanwha Asset Management in 2021.
