Major cryptocurrency prices are all declining.

According to global cryptocurrency market tracking site CoinMarketCap on the 17th, as of 7:45 a.m., Bitcoin is trading at $82,342 (about 119.76 million won). This represents a 2.39% decrease compared to the previous day. At the same time, the price of Ethereum is $1,881 (about 2.73 million won), down 3.12% from the previous day, while Ripple is at $2.30 (about 3,350 won), a drop of 4.01% from the previous day.

The cryptocurrency market has been stagnant for nearly two months, as there have been no notable positive factors except for the inauguration of U.S. President Donald Trump. Instead, Trump's administration's aggressive tariff policy has been evaluated to have increased volatility in the cryptocurrency market. Furthermore, the lack of cryptocurrency-related policies that exceeded market expectations at the virtual asset summit held at the White House on the 7th (local time) has also heightened disappointment among investors.
