STIC Alternative Asset Management noted that it has hired Vice President Yoon Sang-kwang, who previously worked at Mirae Asset Global Investments.

Vice President Yoon graduated from Korea University with a degree in architectural engineering and worked for Hyundai E&C, Lotte Engineering & Construction, and Savills Korea before spending 17 years at Mirae Asset Global Investments. At Mirae Asset Global Investments, he served as the representative of the domestic real estate institutional sector (executive director) before founding Solid Run Asset Management in August 2022, where he worked as vice president of real estate investment management.

Significant investment history includes Bundang First Tower, Four Seasons Seoul, Pangyo Marriott, and Dongtan Shilla Stay Hotel. During his time as a blind fund manager, he made investments in State Tower Namsan and Euljiro Shinhan El Tower.

STIC Investments noted that Vice President Yoon has an investment philosophy that emphasizes the harmony of long-term performance, customer focus, compliance, and risk.
