In the second week of March, the initial public offering (IPO) market will see TXR Robotics, a specialist in robotics and logistics automation that determined its offering price on the 7th, along with Simplatform and Dozn, conducting subscription periods for general investors. On the 14th, Seoul Guarantee Insurance, which has been considered a high-profile listing, will debut on the KOSPI.
According to financial investment industry sources on the 9th, TXR Robotics will conduct subscription for general investors over two days on the 10th and 11th. In a previous demand forecast for institutional investors, it recorded a competition ratio of 862.62 to 1, confirming the offering price at 1,3500 won, which is at the top of the desired price range.
TXR Robotics, of which Eugene Logistics is the largest shareholder, plans to offer a total of 3,075,400 shares in this listing, with the amount allocated to general investors totaling 768,850 shares. Subscriptions can be made through NH Investment & Securities, Shinhan Investment Corp., and Eugene Securities.
From the 11th, the industrial artificial intelligence (AI) platform company Simplatform and the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Hanwha Plus SPAC 5 will conduct general investor subscriptions over two days from the 11th to the 12th. General subscriptions for Dozn, a financial services company, are scheduled from the 12th to the 13th.
Meanwhile, the only corporation set to conduct a demand forecast for institutional investors this first half of the year is AU BRANDZ, an operator of a fashion brand. The forecast, originally scheduled for the end of February, was postponed following a revision. Previously, NAU Robotics and Sec were also set to conduct demand forecasts for institutional investors this week, but they adjusted their schedules to the last week of March.
On the other hand, Seoul Guarantee Insurance, considered a high-profile IPO for this half of the year and embarking on a second listing challenge, will enter the KOSPI on the 14th. Despite lowering its valuation, Seoul Guarantee Insurance faced poor results in the demand forecast for institutional investors and recorded single-digit competition ratios in the subscription for general investors.
