Bitcoin has dropped to the $84,000 range.

According to CoinMarketCap, a global cryptocurrency market tracking site, Bitcoin was trading at $84,412 per coin at 7:45 a.m. on the 27th. This represents a 4.75% decrease from 24 hours ago.

Compared to the all-time high of $109,300 recorded just before Donald Trump's inauguration, it has fallen about 23%.

The uncertainty stemming from the tariff war initiated by Trump appears to be prolonged, and concerns over economic recession, including U.S. inflation, seem to be dampening investor sentiment. There are also analyses suggesting that President Trump's "pro-cryptocurrency policy" has fallen short of market expectations, causing investors to turn away.

The recent hacking of $1.46 billion worth of cryptocurrency from the exchange Bybit is also heightening anxiety.
